Terms of using ‘The Financialist’ mobile app:
Thank you! for visiting the terms & conditions of “The Financialist” (hereinafter “The Financialist” to be referred to as “we” or “us”).
The Financialist:
We are a startup dedicated to comprehensive professional financial planning services. Catering to individuals and organizations alike, our financial consultants enrich lives by implementing the best principles and practices from the financial planning industry.Through us, you get an honest situational analysis of your financial planning needs. Hence our certified financial planners can devise a more effective financial plan to reach investment objectives through diverse investment avenues.
The Financialist – Terms & conditions:
Mode of application
Our users will be required to provide basic information such as their mobile number in order to create the account of “The Financialist”. Without either of these basic information, users would not be able to create an account.
Information we collect and why:
User’s security holds the topmost priority for us, we assure our users that all of their personal information is stored in a secured and controlled condition. Moreover, we promise our users that we would be continuously focusing on enhancing security levels and restricting any unauthorized access. “THE FINANCIALIST” will not sell, share or rent our user’s personal information and credentials to the public and/or third parties. “THE FINANCIALIST” does not allow any third party to edit or breach user’s information by any means, if it finds anyone pursuing such activity, we have the right to stop their services on an immediate basis. It will be the user’s responsibility to ensure that all the people who have access to the “THE FINANCIALIST” application through the user’s account are fully aware of the privacy policy mentioned here. In case if our users operate a “THE FINANCIALIST” application via someone else’s smartphone, we urge them to log out of their account, this would restrict the possibility of a data breach. We suggest our users keep their identification and password confidential and do not share it with any other person and/or third party unless that individual holds the authority over your account. We would not be responsible for any breach of the user’s information if the user himself/herself provides his/her information to any third party. “THE FINANCIALIST” stands firm when it comes to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our users. We would like to assure that no breach on the private information would ever be done from our end.
Users authority to edit their personal information:
As each one of us holds different viewpoints when it comes to our privacy, thus we have provided some ways through which you can control or restrict the use of our product and services, for example, you can Log in/log out “The Financialist” account if you wish.
However, users have all rights to correct, edit, delete a part of their own information that we possess except the registered Mobile number which we are using for identifying users/customers
Retaining the Information of our users:
We may retain users information as long as we require in reference to legal norms and/or for the purpose of providing further services to our users, however, we may restrict and/or remove the retention of the information when we assume that the user has stopped the services we provide or has requested to stop the services we provide, as soon as we come to a conclusion that there is no requirement to retain such information we may restrict the retention of the information of our users.

Circumstantial conditions:
We may/can reveal personal information of our users with/without their permission If the user’s information is asked by the Judiciary in accordance with the law and/or by the order of law and administrative orders of the government. In such cases where the government officials require the information of our users, it may not be necessary for “THE FINANCIALIST” to take approval from the user.
Miscellaneous situations:
In certain cases, we may not guarantee that the application would be running without any interruption, there are chances and probability that our application may not work properly on temporary bases such as weak data connection where appliances are configured, slow, or no internet connection or network issues in user’s phone, any other issues in the device of the user, the issue with regards to the responsiveness of the sim card of the users, for all such cases we would not be directly or indirectly responsible for the performance of our application or website. Beyond the cases mentioned above, “THE FINANCIALIST” takes responsibility if the user faces any issues with regards to the smooth running of the application.
Usage of the application and some important instructions:
User’s would be able to operate the “THE FINANCIALIST” by signing in to the application. Once the user confirms the sign-in process, they will get full access to their house/office, with the help of which they can control all appliances which are integrated with “THE FINANCIALIST”. The primary objective of “THE FINANCIALIST” is to ease the day-to-day activities of our users, along with understanding the importance of the privacy of our users. As we focus on IoT based technology on the other hand, as a responsible organization, we understand & we are fully aware of the responsibilities that we possess when our user shares their personal details with us.”THE FINANCIALIST” stands firm when it comes to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our users, we would like to assure that no breach on the private information would ever be done from our end. Moreover, we would be collecting only information which we feel is the bare minimum for us to collect, and we would like to assure our users that the data we store is completely safe with us.
Usage of application/website by minors:
Although our policy does not hold the authority to collect the personal information of minors our users have in their respective families, we believe that it is the parent’s responsibility to guide and monitor in case their child uses our product and services. “THE FINANCIALIST”, by no means will ever try to attempt to collect any sort of personal information from minors, but due to any circumstances, if the guardian had any reason to believe that the minor might have given/uploaded any personal information prior to their consent, they must contact us to assure us that such information must be removed as soon as possible.
Service Support:
Customer satisfaction is the top most priority for us at “THE FINANCIALIST” resulting, we provide best in class services support for all of our customers. The life-time support for the home automation system may get void in case if the user tries to temper the hardware by external force. Users would be entitled for one year complete “no cost” technical support at the place of site(if needed) as well as support through telephonic and email conversations (from the date of installation). In case there’s no Yearly subscription, on-site technical support may be chargeable as per the necessity or requirement. However, resolutions through channels like telephone, email, social media interactions, etc. would still remain non-chargeable.

All the notifications and updates you receive will help you to understand what information we collect and why we collect it from you. We will inform you of all the changes being brought in our product and services by mailing you.
Reframing/updating our Terms & conditions:
“THE FINANCIALIST” reserves the right to reframe/update the Terms & conditions whenever required to do so, although we will be communicating all the substantial changes which will be brought through user Email, however, if the user continues to use our product and service, it will be assumed as their acceptance of the update of the Terms & conditions. “THE FINANCIALIST” may from time to time in its sole discretion develop and provide updates to its Services and/or Product Software, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, other error corrections, security fixes, and/or new features (collectively, including related documentation, if any, “updates”). Updates may also modify or delete in their entirety certain features and functionality. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality. We will reflect any changes to these Terms & conditions.

This is to clarify that “THE FINANCIALIST” possesses all the rights with respect to our products, services, application, website. All the above-mentioned properties are defended and reserved by copyrights and trademarks. Although our users are free to have a photocopy of the whole and/or a part of any information or instructions or download the content by any source for personal use only. No user is allowed to edit and/or modify the content of this document or privacy policy of “THE FINANCIALIST” at any time and if “THE FINANCIALIST” finds anyone tempering, editing, deleting, and/or adding the content which is not part of the “THE FINANCIALIST”, We may be obliged to take legal action against that individual/user and this will lead to immediate cancellation of our services. Users must not allow to use the content and/or service of “THE FINANCIALIST” for their commercial benefit, if users do so, this may lead to immediate cancellation of our services and “THE FINANCIALIST” may cease all the business relations with such users, moreover, we may, at our own will, ask that individual to return and/or demolish that particular content which has been tempered by them. Further, “THE FINANCIALIST” would like to clarify that we possess all the copyrights and trademarks of the products which we have provided to our users.
